How We Work

Structural Demolition Around Live Sites

Commercial jobs are about sequencing more than brute force. A warehouse in an operating estate, a retail tenancy with neighbours trading on either side, a factory with services still live next door: each needs a method statement, a demolition program and a crew that sticks to it.

We start with a site assessment and a structural read of what is coming down and what stays, then strip out fit-outs and salvageable materials before the heavy machines arrive. Our 23.5t excavator with pulveriser and rock breaker attachments handles steel and concrete frames, slabs are broken out and crushed for reuse where the spec allows, and material leaves site on our own trucks. Once the structure is down we can carry straight on into bulk excavation or civil works for the next stage.

How We Run A Commercial Job

1

Scope & Site Review

We assess the site, structure, and any tenancy or access constraints.

2

Plan & Quote

We agree a program that minimises disruption, and provide a clear quote.

3

Demolish & Hand Back

Our crew completes the work to program and hands the site back ready for the next stage.
