What Our Class B Licence Covers

Licensed Class B Removal

Our SafeWork NSW Class B licence, AD212502, covers bonded, non-friable asbestos, the type found in most homes built before 1990.

Homes, Commercial & Industrial Sites

From a few sheets in a bathroom renovation to a full strip-out ahead of demolition.

Roofs, Walls, Eaves & Fences

Asbestos cement roof sheeting, fibro wall and ceiling linings, eaves, wet areas and fencing.

Damaged Or Disturbed Asbestos

Found broken sheeting? Keep people clear and call us. We'll check the material and tell you what's needed to remove it safely.

Wrapping, Transport & Disposal

Material is wetted, double-wrapped and carted to a licensed facility, with disposal dockets for your records.

Notifications & Clearance

We lodge the SafeWork notification and arrange an independent clearance inspection before the next trade starts.

How We Work

Removal First, Then Demolition

Any home built or renovated before 1990 can contain asbestos, and in Western Sydney's fibro suburbs it is the rule rather than the exception. Removing it properly means the site is fenced and signed, the material is wetted down, removed intact where possible, double-wrapped and carted to a licensed facility, and an independent clearance inspection is done before anyone else works there.

We do this as the first stage of our own house demolition in Sydney and commercial demolition jobs, so you are not coordinating a separate contractor and waiting on their clearance before the excavators can start. Our Class B licence covers bonded asbestos: fibro sheeting in walls, eaves, roofs and fences, which is what we find in most older Western Sydney homes. Paperwork, notifications and the disposal dockets are included in the job.
